Our Story

Welcome to the Cat Paradise store, my name is Laura and I am the founder and owner of this website! I am very passionate about cats, just like you, and I noticed that these creatures are by far some of the most exciting and downright iconic beings that you can have near you. I always had a very strong emotional experience with cats. This started when I was young and when I was very focused on keeping cats near me all the time.

When I was 15, I was going through a very challenging, depressing state and I needed support and help to get past all those dark times. My family helped me a lot, and they wisely offered me a cat to play with and have fun. Since then, I always saw the idea of owning a cat as an opportunity to enhance my life and bring in an animal to support me and offer me unconditional love.

That’s what cats do, they help you cherish your life more than ever before and they make life better and more convenient. There will always be challenges in life that can and might appear, and the last thing that you can do is to succumb to them. You need to move onward and rely on what you know and what you can do. And if possible, you should have someone or something to come back to that will keep your sanity.

Many people all over the world that are dealing with mental health and depression problems noticed that owning a cat is the best way to deal with such an issue, and I found it to be very liberating myself. It’s just different, rewarding and iconic at the same time. The last thing you want is to try and lie to yourself about challenges that can arise.

Since I love cats and they helped me so much during my life, I always tried to find a store that has only items related to these beautiful animals. Unfortunately, either the result was not good at all or the experience was unsatisfactory most of the time. And in the end, the only thing that I could do was to try and create my own store. That’s how the Cat Paradise store came to be.
